These Terms govern use of Wapi. By creating an account or using Wapi, you agree to follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Who may use Wapi
You may use Wapi only if you are legally permitted to use the service where you live. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission before using Wapi.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts or attempt to access someone else's account.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Wapi a limited permission to host, store, process, display and share that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the features and audiences you choose. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
Plans, groups and places
Wapi helps people organize social plans and information about places. Wapi does not control third-party venues, events, transportation, purchases or arrangements made outside Wapi. Check important details directly with the relevant venue, organizer or provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wapi to harass, threaten, exploit, scam or deceive people; share another person's private information without permission; promote illegal activity; distribute malicious software; spam users; interfere with the service; scrape or automate the service in an abusive way; or attempt to bypass Wapi's security or access controls.
Safety and moderation
Wapi provides blocking and reporting tools. Wapi may review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or take other reasonable action to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, safety requirements or applicable law.
Privacy
Wapi's Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. By using optional features such as Contacts or Location, you choose whether to grant the corresponding device permission.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from inside Wapi. Collaborative groups or lists may continue under another member when appropriate, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and availability
Wapi may change, add or remove features as the service develops. Wapi may also suspend or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Wapi does not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Wapi is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for your real-world decisions, plans, travel, purchases and interactions with other people. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Wapi changes. The date above will be updated when changes are made. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate.
